ARTWORK PROCESS

What is proof?

Proof is a trial impression of an image, small sized, used as preview to the customer to approve it as the final artwork, or to request desired corrections before final printing.

What time is necessary to create the artwork of my photo, from the time I placed my order?

Our artists are active at all time and  are ready to start working on your artwork. In a period of maximum four days, you should receive the proof on your e-mail.

Is my payment information secure?

Our store is built on the Woocommerce platform. Payments are processed on Stripe and Paypal state of the art technology to keep your information safe. Your security is our #1 priority, so we take it a step further. You can shop safely on our site knowing you are protected.

ORDERS AND RETURNS

When will my products arrive?

Most of our products will arrive within 4-20 days. We do our best to expedite and often you will receive the product much sooner because many of our products are sourced overseas, shipping times vary.

Some of our promoted products will ship MUCH sooner (5-6 days). If this is the case for your order it will be mentioned on the product page.

Can I track my order?

All of our orders come tracked. Just enter your order number and email address on our website here and track your order in real time!

Please note it can take a minute for the tracking number to sync with your package, so if it does not show right away, don’t worry!

Can I cancel my order?

Orders may be cancelled if they have not been processed and shipped. After they have been processed they may not be cancelled.
